Senior Mechanical Engineer with well-developed consulting skills to help with business development as well as leading projects. You will have outstanding technical capabilities plus practical commercial experience. A first class engineer with at least 5 years experience in a product development environment. A 1st or 2.1 honours degree from a good engineering university. Proven project management capabilities. Leading projects and teams – and managing customers. Previous experience of consulting would be an advantage. Personal qualities will include: a self-starter - able to use initiative and take responsibility, creative but pragmatic and self-critical, good communicator – both with teams and clients, enthusiasm and determination. This position is permanent and salaries are according to experience.
