Highways Technician will be responsible to a Highway Structures Design Team leader and assisting the design team with:

* Design of Local Authority and Highways Agency maintenance and replacement schemes
* Preparing drawings using AutoCAD
* Preparing contract documents, specifications and bills of quantities
* Application of the Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) system
* Maintaining electronic databases, filing and other administrative duties assigned from time to time
* Site surveys/
