RF IC Designer with 4 years post grad exp to design complex analogue radio integrated circuits on CMOS and BiCMOS processes for Wireless applications (DECT and Bluetooth) relating to telecom, healthcare, consumer goods and automotive areas inc cellular radio telemetry system for real-time medical monitoring, digital radio link for professional intercom system, cordless video-telephone system, and wireless elevator call button. You will develop specifications and architectures for radio integrated circuits taking the wider view of the product and application requirements, design advanced radio ICs and constituent cells on CMOS and BiCMOS processes, supervise the layout and back-end processes for complete radio ICs. You must have experience of CMOS and BiCMOS RF circuit design, good knowledge of RF and IC CAD tools and good knowledge of Synthesiser and PLL design, ADC design, LNA design, ability to work with digital signal processing and modem designers.
