To develop on-chip applications for Bluetooth devices, inc coding in C and assembler. These devices have a 16-bit microcontroller and in some cases, DSP embedded onto the device. You will write on-chip applications to spec, be responsible for the development of on-chip application specific software, inc. full software development life cycle. You will write formal requirement specifications, create new applications running on-chip under our Virtual Machine, maintain upper stack layers on-chip. You will be a commercially aware and motivated by regular customer contact with a strong background in embedded software. You will have a strong technical background, 3 years hands-on experience in the development of embedded software. You must be fluent in C, have experience of debugging embedded software, have experience of communication protocols, Bluetooth, and some knowledge of Perl or similar scripting language. You must be degree qualified.
