Business Developer - RFIC Developer. Design and development of complete radio / wireless products ranging from radio integrated circuits through wireless terminal equipment and complete wireless systems. You will identify target companies and match them with appropriate technical offerings; initiate contact, make pre-sales visits and identify prospective business; build sales propositions and develop them into commercial relationships with clients; lead the bid teams; mentor the senior technical members of the RF IC team - delegating the line management of the team to them; close sales - negotiating terms and conditions. You must have 5 years experience and track-record of radio, high performance analogue and mixed signal CMOS IC design; experience of the IC design and sign-off process; high-value, technical sales; market knowledge of existing technology (wi-fi, 802.15, DECT, Bluetooth, GSM/3G); degree in an appropriate engineering subject. Salary iro GBP50k.
