Our client is a pre IPO fabless semiconductor company specializing in the design and integration of MEMS devices into CMOS processes. They are now searching for a Snr CMOS Process Engineer to develop deposition and etching process steps. Part of the role will include the development and integration of MEMS process modules into target CMOS processes. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: - BSc degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or material science - Good knowledge of thin film deposition technology (PDV, CVD or PECVD) - Knowledge of photolithography and wet/dry etch processes - Thin film testing and analysis desired - Good experimental design experience - Remuneration will include a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including good stock options.
