The Client is a large global electronics company and a major player in the mobile phone industry, most recently leading and taking the 3G market by storm.
Due to continued success they are now seeking a Senior RF Engineer to work on designing hardware boards for evaluating GSM/GPRS/UMTS radio technology. RF designs will incorporate circuits such as LNA, receivers, transmitters, PA, power control loops etc. It is expected that along with circuit design you will be familiar with RF screening and EMC techniques. Advantageous will be handset design and use of software design and simulation suites (e.g. PSPICE, ADS, MatLab).
Ideally you will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) with several years industrial experience which may have included mentoring of junior designers.
