My client specialise in the design and manufacture of electronic instrumentation equipment.
Executive Role:
Member of the Senior Management Team.
Developing and delivering a strategic plan for the Operational departments.
Formulation of direction and strategy - Company and Departmental
Instrumental in the development of the organisational culture.
People & Processes:
Managing the needs of the business through people and processes.
An enabler of change.
Able to develop relationships internally and externally at all levels.
Planning, organising and managing operational resources to maximize output in an efficient manner.
Monitor job costs and contribute to increasing profitability through production efficiency.
The candidate will come from a electronics manufacturing background and be able to determine value in each operation carried out in the business.
The candidate will have empathy for the sales process and be customer, people and process focused.
Departmental Responsibilities:
Production, Purchasing, Material Control, Logistics, Quality.
As a leader of a team with diverse skills the candidate will not necessarily have the detailed knowledge or skill to do everything but will have the gravitas to contribute and be able to inspire others into action.
