This Client originally made its name known throughout the wireless industry by pioneering and commercializing CDMA wireless technology and is now leading the world in the development of 3G standards. Their approaches are both innovative and pace setting in developing these chipsets.
Due to unprecedented success they are now in need of a Software Engineer to join the GPRS MAC Team. The focus of the role is on maintaining and enhancing the existing MAC entity within the GSM/GPRS stack, and analyzing & resolving field / GCF / IOT issues.
You should have several years experience in this field coupled with the use of protocol test equipment and C programming. Preferably a degree qualification in engineering (or similar) is desired. The role will also offer occasional travel.
