Global telecomms company currently requires a Devleopment Support Engineer, you will provide assistance to customers, in all aspects of the use and applications of defined company products, either on site or remotely. You will have to replicate the customers problem, sometimes using there equipment, having identified the problem you will hand it over the the software engineers. You must have knowledge of some or all of the following; 3G, 3GPP, WCDMA, UMTS, GPRS. Any knowledge of TTCN would be a definite bonus.
