Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, Beds, injection moulding, sheet metal, die casting, thermal, EMC, SolidEdge
My client require a mechanical designers to design housing / enclosure solutions for Electronic products.
They traditionally use a variety of materials and fabrication methods for their various products. Experience and understanding of some or all of these is required, for example Injection Moulded Plastics, Die Cast Metals, Extrusions, Folded Sheet Metals etc.
Understanding of how the enclosure affects thermal and EMC properties would be very beneficial.
Good understanding of drawing structures, part numbering etc is essential.
My client use Solidedge software but experience of any 3D package would be fine.
