My clients are a global mobile comms company with annual sales of 1billion Dollars.
They currently require a technical author from the mobile comms industry to join their expanding team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To work with the Engineering and Marketing teams to research product information and then develop the required content often drawing on many and other resources
Prepare product documentation in both paper and electronic formats
Prepare Online Help systems
Required Experience:
Excellent command of the English language and capable of writing high quality, consistent technical material
Working knowledge of Word, Framemaker (including Webworks), HTML, XML
Understanding of the 3G technology, particularly in relation to the air interface and signalling protocol
