Due to continuous growth, they are looking to employ a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support on the help desk for their liquid measurement products, helping customers, providing warranty and after-sales service and resolving any complaints or issues using an in-house database. You will need to attend pre-sales site visits, provide technical training to colleagues and trouble-shoot customer problems before, during and after the sale. Being a good communicator, proposing enhancements and improvements working effectively with other departments in the company.
You will have an engineering qualification and an electro-mech background with a good telephone manner, be able to communicate well with customers and colleagues alike. You must have a clean driving licence.
