We require a senior Procurement and Supply Chain Professional to Manage a Team of Procurement, Contract and Purchasing specialists in the Building Automation and Building Controls market. The position assumes responsibility for the implementation, management and execution of all supply chain activity for the business in Dubai in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) in the Middle East. Managing the procurement team you will be tasked with co-ordinating all activity relating to local suppliers and contractors to ensure contractual detail, pricing policies and legal considerations are in line with the terms and objectives of the business and are wholly appropriate to support the project delivery needs of the business.
Likely degree qualified, you will be a natural leader and communicator with a solid senior background in supplier and sub-contractor negotiations including knowledge of commercial terms and conditions related to the procurement of goods and services. You will be financially astute and comfortable interpreting balance sheets, managing cash flow and monitoring P&L.
