Our client is a fabless IC design company in the multimedia sector. They are now looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to be responsible for the planning and implementation of qualification tests for new IC products. The role will involve working with the process and equipment teams to understand the physics of failure and to be able to quickly identify potential problems. A thorough understanding of reliability stress testing, such as THB, HAST, ESD will be required. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: -Strong IC semiconductor reliability experience (THB, HAST, ESD) -Good understanding of failure analysis techniques -Mixed signal test experience and ATE knowledge -Good project management skills -Degree in electronics or related discipline.
