Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of power semiconductors and they are now searching for an Implant Process Engineer to work on their 8” line. The role will entail process transfer, development and implementation for discrete technologies as well as process improvement and sustaining implant activities. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, - BSc or equivalent in Physics/electronic engineering - Strong implant process experience (incl Applied Materials or Axcelis equipment) - Experience with SPC, 8D and DOE techniques - Experience within a high volume manufacturing semiconductor facility Please call us to discuss further.
