Our client are a global multi-industry company, they operate in more than 20 countries and have approximately 22,200 employees worldwide. Their Service Solutions platform includes operations that design, manufacture and market a wide range of specialty tools, hand-held diagnostic systems, service equipment, inspection gauging systems, and technical and training information. Reporting to the UK Engineering Manager, this position is responsible for the development of existing and new products in their range of diagnostic equipment. You will be supported in this role by a software and applications engineer reporting directly to you and will work with a global team of engineers to support their growth strategy for this exciting product line. Requirements: -Detailed knowledge of logic, microprocessor circuits and analogue circuits -Ability to use Proteus / Ultiboard / Easy PC for schematic design/capture and PCB design generation -Experience of board and product manufacture processes -At least a fundamental understanding of Visual C++, Visual Basic, DOS C++ and Microprocessor programming -Ability to work under pressure dealing with direct requirements from the Customer, Suppliers and Sales Team whilst still being able to maintain project focus and financial awareness Please call IC Resources on 0208 400 2444 or email james@ic-resources.co.uk
