Our client is an exciting new start up working within the coating equipment industry, developing new technologies for the automotive and aerospace industries. They are currently searching for an Equipment Design Engineering Manager who will lead a team to design and build coating equipment. The prototype machine will need to demonstrate the process to commercial partners and potential customers and must act as a representation of the finished product. The candidate will have the ability and willingness to design and build the first prototype machine as well as lead a team of engineers in support of that objective. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: -BSc / MSc Degree in Engineering related discipline. -Experience with equipment design and build (coating equipment, CVD) -Ability to lead a team of electrical / mechanical engineers -Ability to bring the product into high scale manufacturing -Aspirations to grow within the company Please call to discuss further.
