Our client is a start up company who are developing microwave assemblies, subsystems and systems for global wireless communications markets.
Due to growth, they now need to hire a Senior Development Engineer to be responsible for product development, forming and managing an engineering team and help in the setting up of the development environment, support products from development through production ramp and give input to new product planning and the product roadmap.
The successful candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent and approximately 5 years experience of microwave design at K band and above and MMIC chip and package simulation, modelling and design experience. In addition, engineering management experience and microwave systems knowledge would be beneficial.
