Our international client is a world leader in advanced power management technology, and they are now searching for a Failure Analysis Engineer to work on IC / hybrid module products. A strong background in electrical characterization and IC circuit knowledge will be required as well as in depth failure analysis experience (SEM, FIB, cross sectioning).
Desired Qualifications are:
- Strong understanding of IC physics and power MOSFETS
- Familiar with chemical and physical preparation techniques (grinding, FIB, SEM, etching)
- Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- BSc Electrical Engineering / Device Physics degree or equivalent.
