Our client, a global semiconductor manufacturer is now looking for an IC Technology Transfer Project Leader to be responsible for the transfer of all aspects of selected products to Companies where a licensing agreement has been signed. The role will involve detailed project management and to be responsible for the specification of equipment, organizing buy-off and installation / commissioning. Quality standard awareness is crucial as well as organizing training for workers at the foreign locations. Extensive travel will be required and an ability to travel to different foreign locations for extended periods of time will be necessary.
Desired qualifications:
- IC packaging experience and back end assembly familiarity
- Experience in product development or research (industrial or academic)
- Excellent project management experience
- Ability to travel
- BSc or higher degree in Physics/Electronic Engineering
