You will most likely be a qualified and experienced accountant working within industry, with a proven ability of pulling together Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across all business functions including an understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and IFS, although systems level knowledge may not necessarily be required.
Ideally you will have previously performed a business information analyst function that has required you to analyse and improve KPI's. Your experience will have included the roll-out of your adjusted and improved methods in order to provide a more comprehensive information pool, thus enabling senior management to have access to the critical statistics necessary to make strategic and progressive decisions across the business.
You will have the financial and commercial knowledge to provide accurate forecasts coupled with the persuasive and credible nature to liase at all levels in order to implement your ideas and report and provide required information at board level when required - position reports to CTO.
