DESIGN ENGINEERS
Electrical plant and equipment design, development, construction / build, rebuild.
To join a highly professional team in my clients Network Investment Business which is responsible for the proposal and delivery of their capital programme of asset replacement, refurbishment and system reinforcements as well as the connection of new load and generation.
Should have relevant engineering qualifications (inc electrical) and over 3 years practical experience of electrical plant and equipment design including the development, design and construction of plant and equipment at voltage levels up to and including 400kV coupled with strong knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices.
Responsibilities will include the following:
· Assessment of engineering feasibility and design of company projects.
· Development of design proposals into schemes.
· Evaluation of design costs, contractor's technical submissions & developments in new plant and equipment.
· Design support to other departments, businesses and third parties.
