<p>Working within the RF IC division of this multi-national company, there will be opportunity to work on a wide range of consumer RF ICs, typically between 300 MHZ and 1 GHZ. This will include low-pass filters, PLL synthesiser chips to wireless transmitter, receiver and transceiver circuits for applications including short range devices such as alarm systems and keyless entry systems.
<p>As well as feasibility studies of analog RFICs such as transmitters and receivers for the frequency range of 300 MHz to approx. 1 GHz, your responsibilities will extend to specification design, simulation through to prototype samples. You will also support the project during the development of the IC test program.
<p>For this position, you will have a strong background in BiCMOS Analog/RF IC design with some product level experience of wireless applications. Experience with Cadence Spectre RF or PSpice is also important.
<p>Whilst the German language would be a definite advantage, it is important to have good English skills.
