<p>Our client is a small, R&D led IC design and manufacturing organisation who are "pushing the CMOS envelope" in terms of getting performance and functionality from CMOS technology.
<p>Staffed by scientists and designers, many of the them PhD qualified and respected leaders in their field, our client is now seeking a talented IC Test engineer (memories) to join their Test, Product and Applications team. This position is based in the Benelux region.
<p>The successful candidate will be a test development engineer with specific experience of memory testers. A good understanding of reliability / productization would be beneficial, as would DFT / DFD / DFM awareness.
<p>Responsibilities will include hardware and software design, analysis of test problems / product failures, evaluation, manual re-test, integration of test issues into design methodology/flow, etc.
