<p>Our client is a leading manufacturer of high speed digital ICs. They are seeking a senior failure analysis engineer to join their fab in Ireland.
<p>Your remit will be to lead the unit-level failure analysis team, including perform detailed analysis on packaged parts in support of wafer Fab manufacturing. Other responsibilities will be ensuring that the capabilities are in place to successfully perform electrical characterization of failures, circuit analysis, fault isolation and physical failure analysis.
<p>The successful candidate will have a degree-level education in electrical engineering or physics with 5-10 years of experience as an engineer in either failure analysis, or product or design engineering. Knowledge of semiconductor test methods and test modes is also required, as is experience with failure analysis techniques such as emission microscopy, SEM and FIB.
