Our client is a global giant within the semiconductor and processor world and they are now searching for an IC Test / Product Engineer to join their manufacturing site in Ireland. The role will require good digital test experience, logic testing with functional, scan and parametric testing. Experience at both wafer level and device level would be beneficial as well as device characterization, analysis and validation. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: -BSc.degree in engineering, physics or equivalent -Good IC digital test experience (Wafer level and device level) -Experience within a high volume wafer fab manufacturing environment -Micro processor device characterization and validation would be a plus Please call to discuss further.
