Our international client is currently looking for a CMP Process Engineer to work on the Chemical Mechanical Polishing equipment / processes. The role will involve the upkeep and maintenance of the process and equipment as well as trouble shooting any problems on the line, and upgrading of equipment.

Required experience will be as follows,

-Strong semiconductor equipment experience within a high volume manufacturing environment
-CMP process experience
-Knowledge of CVD and metal deposition processes
-HND/ Degree in Electronics, Physics or related discipline
