This is a senior level role within an international powerhouse in RF IC and systems design. Our client seeks a manager / director with the capacity to lead a team of 50 talented RF IC and systems design engineers. The successful candidate will have good overall awareness of cutting edge RF IC design developments, and will have ultimate responsibility for the delivery of complex products to timescale and specification. The role involves day to day management and motivation of the team, as well as involvement at senior level with product specification and strategic marketing activities.
