Manufacturing Engineer, Leics, MRP, ROHS, Lean, Six Sigma, production engineer
To control the implementation of new products, improve existing methods and facilities and reduce costs within manufacturing.
Lead projects to improve existing products by way of process improvement and cost reduction.
Introduce new products into manufacturing to agreed time scales and budget.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the analysis and root cause elimination of manufacturing issues to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
Identify and implement best practices and tools to improve manufacturing performance, justifying capital expenditure as appropriate.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Technical Degree or equivalent, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering.
Lean Manufacturing expertise including Six Sigma.
