Our successful client is currently searching for a Diffusion Process Engineer to maintain and improve the diffusion, epitaxy and implant processes. The role will involve the introduction and implementation of new processes and manufacturing techniques as well as identifying, specifying and qualifying manufacturing and metrology tools.
The successful candidates will have the following skills;
-Excellent semiconductor process experience (diffusion and implant)
-FMEA and SPC knowledge
-Excellent communication skills
-BSc Physics or equivalent in electronics
