Our multinational client now requires a Known Good Die Engineer to be responsible for the known good die processes within the test area. Driving improvement activities and the co-ordination of test engineering will be required as well as improvement activities for the KGD process. Continuous improvement of the KGD process including recipe control and development will be part of the role. Deputising where necessary for the Yield and Test Engineering manager will sometimes be required.
Required skills include;
-Semiconductor process and test knowledge (yield, test, KGD)
-Experience of working within a semiconductor manufacturing environment
-Excellent communication and man management skills
-BSc in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
