Our successful client is currently searching for a Discrete Device Design Engineer to assist with the design, development and launch of new discrete products. The role will involve the design and development of new process technologies. Providing technical support for improving the manufacturability, yield, reliability for existing products will be required. The engineer will also be responsible for increasing the IP portfolio.


The successful candidates will have the following skills;
-Excellent semiconductor device physics knowledge (MOSFET, bipolar)
-Device and process simulation software experience (TCAD)
-Discrete device design experience
-Excellent communication and customer facing skills
-BSc Physics or equivalent in electronics
