Our client's growth has led to the need for a Global Distribution Manager to be based preferably in Munich but candidates in the North-West (UK) will also be considered. Hence we are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the semiconductor distribution marketplace and the ability to maximise sales through this channel. You will have at least 5 years semiconductor/IC experience ideally within a sales or product marketing role. You will have a willingness to travel with an international dimension to your career and should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the component distribution marketplace. Any prior analogue experience would be helpful.
Your main responsibilities will be ensuring the client's distribution network is maximising its potential and making adjustments if necessary. You will ensure that the network has all the tools available to promote our client's products whilst actively being involved in pricing, strategic product promotion and contractual negotiations. This is a rare opportunity in a growing OEM and will give the successful candidate a high profile position with a dynamic and evolving company.
You will report directly to the VP of Sales
