We are currently searching for a MOSFET Innovation Engineer with the following key skills: MOSFET, semiconductor, engineer, device, parameter, innovation, roadmaps, characterisation, jobs
Our multinational client now requires a MOSFET Innovation Engineer to be responsible for identifying aspects of improvement for power MOSFET products. Translating these requirements into MOSFET parameters to define technology roadmaps and platform developments will be part of the role.
Required skills include;
-Strong knowledge of power MOSFET products and devices
-Characterisation method experience
-Knowledge of typical application circuit topologies
-BSc in Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
