Our client, a developer of a new power IC technology, is now searching for a Power Device Engineer. The role will involve physical and circuit modelling of power devices, delivery of models, and electro-thermal simulations. Liaison with various departments within the company will be required as well as an organized approach to report writing and documentation. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: -Experience of power device modelling (physical and circuit) -Power MOSFET / IGBT device experience -Knowledge of simulation tools such as TSUPREM4, MEDICI, ISE, SILVACO -Good knowledge of device physics -BSc / MSc / PhD in Physics, Electronic Engineering or equivalent Please call to discuss further.
