Our successfully growing client now requires an IC Reliability / Quality Engineer to work on performing reliability qualification of all new products, processes and packages. The role will involve procuring samples and environmental stressing hardware, testing devices and specifying reliability tests in line with customer demands and the best industry standards. Developing a deep understanding of the manufacturing subcontractors, such as the foundry, assembly and test will be necessary, as well as co-ordinating failure analysis of any failures encountered. Required skills include: -Good knowledge of IC semiconductor reliability, quality and failure analysis disciplines -Experience of working within a high volume manufacturing environment -Ability to work with various departments within the company -Degree or equivalent qualifications Please call us to discuss further.
