Our successfully growing client now requires a Semiconductor Product Manager to work on product yield enhancement and quality improvement for new products. The role will include the characterisation of new semiconductor devices as well as the generation of test limits and guard bands. Excellent project management skills are necessary and the ability to lead a small team of engineers. Required skills include: -Strong semiconductor analog/ digital test experience (ATE) -Knowledge of SPC and other yield enhancement / cost reduction methods -Good high volume manufacturing product engineering skills -Understanding of IC packaging technology -Degree or equivalent qualifications Please call us to discuss further.
