An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Inside Sales Manager with one of the industry's largest specialist supplier of components to the commercial and military electronics industry. With a portfolio representing the world's leading manufacturers, their lead position in the USA has been replicated across the globe, their UK / European operations continue to set new standards of service for both customers and suppliers.
The Inside Sales Manager will have daily responsibility for the internally based sales / account management / customer service staff throughout the UK. You will be expected to motivate and be motivated and ensure your team have set targets and goals and the tools they need to achieve them. You will be expected to visit clients when required and will ideally have some knowledge of electronic components, although this is not a pre-requisite.
Due to the location of the company's offices the role is based from High Wycombe and will include travel throughout the UK.
The ideal candidate will already be working for a high technology organisation in a similar position, who is looking to progress their career with a forward thinking, pro-active organisation.
