Our client is a very successful spin off venture from one of the biggest names in wireless communications. They are providing IC solutions for wireless data, high-density storage and multiservice networking applications. The successful candidate will perform support of real-time DSP software for GSM/GPRS, EDGE and UMTS Layer 1 solutions. They will also provide technical support for integration & validation of firmware into customer products. In addition they will diagnose, analyse and resolve field issues with DSP software products in customer platforms. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience in a software development role including knowledge of software processes and development lifecycle. Experience in wireless comms development, especially GSM. An added bonus would be if you have experience of real-time embedded systems design or integration.
