Our client is developing IP which will significantly enhance SoC functionality, addressing some of the fundamental multi core challenges SoC designers currently face. They have already generated significant commercial momentum: their initial funding round has just been confirmed, and they have a blue chip customer which is lending support in terms of EDA tools and manpower. Our client is now seeking several software engineers. Your technical expertise must include some of: ·Embedded Operating Systems (VxWorks, Embedded Linux etc) ·Operating System kernel design ·Threaded programming techniques ·Multi-processor applications development issues ·Software design techniques for multi-processor systems ·Open Source (GNU) software development tool flows Successful candidates will have a demonstrable record of managing software development through inception to successful completion. Key personal attributes include creativity, tenacity and a team oriented outlook.
