Test Equipment Engineer

Their capabilities are designed to maximize weapon accuracy and performance. They have designed, developed, and supplied electronic sub-systems for missiles, using radar, passive IR and active IR technologies.
They are currently seeking the talents of an experienced Test/Systems Engineer to work in the Test Engineering team to project manage the test and integration of measurement equipment for product testing. This role encompasses the full task from defining, documenting and programming, through to commissioning and calibration/maintenance procedures.
To be considered you should hold an HNC (or degree) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years post-graduate experience in a similar role. You will have a good understanding of test and measurement equipment (scopes, analysers, meters etc.) and comprehensive knowledge of National Instruments - LabView &/or TestSTAND. It will be expected that you will be comfortable in designing, reading and understanding specifications and circuit diagrams, as well as having practical skill in investigating, fault finding and diagnosing to component level.
