The Client is a large global electronics company and a major player in the mobile phone industry, most recently entering the 3G market.
Currently they are looking for an experienced Logical Layer (1) Senior Software Engineer to work on the designing, coding, testing and integration of functionality and modifications for the 2G-3G stack from the processor perspective. As a senior member you will have responsibility for managing budgets, equipment, materials and coaching junior staff.
To be considered for this role you should hold a good degree in Electronics (or similar). You will also have more than 3 years post-graduate working of embedded C in a real-time environment and experience of logical layer development for GSM for handsets. Advantageous will be working knowledge of any (or all) of the following: SDL/TTCN/Clear Case/Protocol Stacks/Team Leading.
