As a leading global player in consumer electronics and with over 40 years experience, this company is at the forefront of many innovations in home and office technology. Their products are based on superior technology and design in such areas to include domestic appliances, home entertainment, IT products and more recently mobile phones.
With the Company currently focusing on mobile phones they now require a Technical Support Engineer to be fully conversant with mobile handsets and fully support all external and internal customers on technical matters within agreed time-scales. The role carries responsibility to be the UK point of contact relating to all handset, network, and external devices interfaced and relating to the Company handsets.
You should be qualified to at least HND level in Electronics & Communications with 3+ years working on handset testing and repair to component level such that you have the ability to 'train the trainer' at the Authorised Service Centres and resolve issues when they arise.
