The Client is a large global electronics company and a major player in the mobile phone industry, most recently entering the 3G market.
Currently they are looking for an experienced engineer to be responsible for the test and integration of 2.5/3G handsets. You will be developing, creating and implementing integration strategies throughout the life cycle of the project. The main duties include analysing test results, reviewing high level design and interface documents, defining acceptance criteria for sub-system deliveries, integrating sub-system software onto host/target platforms and using test harnesses, as well as specifying test equipment.
To be considered for this role you should hold a good degree in Electronics (or similar). You will also have more than 5 years post-graduate working in development or integration in a real-time environment (at least 2 years should be in handsets). You should also be used to using integration tools and be versed in SDL/SDT. Working knowledge of TTCN, ClearCase, Nucleus OS will be desirable.
