<p>Our client is developing IP which will significantly enhance SoC functionality, addressing some of the fundamental multi core challenges SoC designers currently face. They have already generated significant commercial momentum: their initial funding round has just been confirmed, and they have a blue chip customer which is lending support in terms of EDA tools and manpower.
<p>Our client is now seeking two principal / senior embedded software engineers with experience in networking / communications. Specific skills required include some of:
<li>Embedded Operating Systems (VxWorks, Embedded Linux etc)
<li>Operating System kernel design
<li>Threaded programming techniques
<li>Multi-processor applications development issues
<li>Software design techniques for multi-processor systems
<li>Open Source (GNU) software development tool flows
<p>Successful candidates will have a demonstrable record of software development through inception to successful completion. Key personal attributes include creativity, tenacity and a team oriented outlook.
