With an emphasis on hard performance measures, particularly learner outcomes, you will be responsible to the Director of Learning for ensuring the development of quality assurance systems that secure the achievement of quality improvement targets within the framework of the college quality policy and strategic plan. This is a crucially important curriculum appointment, which requires a high-calibre applicant with at least an Honours degree, or equivalent, together with a teaching qualification. • The successful candidate will need to have significant experience operating in a quality function within education or a related field and will have had direct involvement with quality frameworks such as the EFQM Excellence Model. • You must have a proven record of successful curriculum quality development including quality systems, benchmarking and target setting. • As well as being highly numerate and confident with statistical techniques, you will demonstrate strong team working and a personal commitment to continuous improvement.
