Support Desk Consultant (CRM/SQL/Crystal)

Leading integrator of CRM and business intelligence solutions are looking for an experienced 1st Line technical support person. Ideally with experience in programming, SQL, CRM or Crystal Reports. Should have a proven track record in IT support.
