Our Client is a professional organisation specialising in the implementation and support of CRM solutions. They support clients in a range of industries throughout the UK. Due to their continued expansion they require a new Technical Trainer.
The successful candidate will have a recognised training and personnel development qualification (e.g. CIPD or IITT) and have worked for a minimum of 3 years in a similar training and development role (ideally in a corporate / commercial environment).
You should be willing to travel to customer's premises and be able to use judgment and initiative in problem resolution and coordination with customers. You will be a self-starter; solution-oriented and have the ability to learn technical material and then convert this information into training solutions, work with minimal supervision and be an adaptable, results-driven team player who listens well.
