You will be assisting the Bid Director and the Bid Team in the process of securing PFI projects for the accommodation business and in bringing those projects to financial close. Key Responsibilities/Duties Support PFI bids and manage the document production, including: • Management and co-ordination of technical aspects of the bid • Liaison with bid team members, advisers, sponsors, lenders, client representatives as necessary. • Liaison with building contractors and FM contractor. • Receiving and editing text and deliverables to include in bid documentation. • Writing, editing, collation and production of bid documents • Management of various technical and commercial aspects of bids as required, in Preparation of meeting records.- Programme and progress control. -Particular:Maintain a schedule of clarification- Develop and implement media strategy. -Monitoring of- Maintain a list of amendments and clarifications. -Responses.Production of programmes, charts and other such documents. Assist-bid budget.In the mobilisation of successful bids ensuring a smooth transition through to financial close and the start up of the SPC, including: • Set up and maintenance of project office including ICT requirements • Management of various technical Programme and-and commercial aspects of the project as required including:Management of- Monitoring of preferred bidder budget. -Progress control.Implementation of project-change control and variation procedures.Liaison with project team members, advisers, -communications strategy.Sponsors,
